Yes, an online gift voucher must be redeemed within 4 months of purchase otherwise it will expire. Once redeemed, the credits from a voucher expire 4 months from when you start using them (if you have never used credits before), within a maximum 18 months of receiving them unless you purchase additional credits to extend the expiration date. One you've started using credits they will expire 4 months from receipt or 4 months since your last credits purchase.

Can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash?

No, gift vouchers can not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
