Top tips for music downloads - check here first
1. If your download didn't complete, just restart it... go to the
ACCOUNT
page and click on your last order number, when the order details appear click the Download button.
2. If a song you've downloaded is cut-off part-way through, delete the file from your computer, then re-download it... go to the
ACCOUNT
page and click on an order number, when the order details appear click the Download button.
3. If your download doesn't start and your browser goes to a page with an address like this: DMDP://ABC123WYZ456XYZ789FGH123 it means you're trying to download copy-protected files but you don't have our download software installed. Click
HERE
to install it.
4. Need to re-download licenses for copy-protected files? go to the
ACCOUNT
page and click on an order number, when the order details appear click the Download button. Our software will skip downloading audio files if you already have them.
5. If Windows Media Player says "the content provider has not granted you the rights to sync this file" your portable player isn't compatible with copy-protected files from digiRAMA
