1. If your download didn't complete, just restart it... go to the ACCOUNT page and click on your last order number, when the order details appear click the Download button.

2. Need help unzipping your music or updating iTunes/Media Player, watch a video demonstration

3. If you get an error opening the ZIP file you've download, try ZIP Reader (free) or restart your download and click the option to download files individually.

4. Need to re-download licenses for our older copy-protected files? go to the ACCOUNT page and click on an order number, when the order details appear click the Download button. Our software will skip downloading audio files if you already have them.
